SWEAT SHOPS

• A graduated tariff on all goods that relate to the wage between a standard set in this country and that of the nation the goods are coming from.
  

Example: If wage standards in this country for a good is $12 and the factory wage the good came from be it here or abroad is $6 then we would tariff that good for an additional $6 times the hours standard that is set for that good. As the factory increases it's wages to reflect that standard the tariff decreases to reflect that wage increase.
